They are...ok

I didn't get a remote control. The candles are thick.

Great candles so lifelike, and batteries really last

These candles are the best, so realistic and battery life is fantastic too. I have them in every room and they come on everyday with Warm flickering light.

They look so real!

These are better than I thought they'd be. They're really wax candles, and the flicker looks real. I turned my lantern upside down to get the candle out to turn it off, and a friend of mine was over, watching me while I was 'putting them out'. ☺️ He panicked and told me to be careful. Lol. That's how real they are.
